The perfect mini skirt does exist. 100% cotton voile fit-and-flare with polkadot pattern play, schiffli floral embroidery and a mix of custom embroidered and crocheted lace. This miniskirt has a gathered encased elastic waistband, vertical lace insets that meet crocheted diamonds and a shirred flounce at bottom, trimmed with lace. Measurement: 15". Machine wash on gentle, lay flat to dry. We recommend ordering true to size. Model is wearing size small.
