This is a light blue mini dress with a twist front cut out.The fabric has no stretch to it, but we've added elements that makes it easy to wear. There is a shirred elastic back that allows for a tighter fit across your bust. This dress sits mid thigh, and the length from the shoulder seam at your neck to the hem is: , XL: 36", 1X: 36.5", 2X: 37", 3X: 37.5", 4X: 38" - the dress is fully lined and easy to hem, if you want to go longer you have about 1" to play around with the hem to lengthen it.
