The "Whitney" is one of those styles that we just had to make with our own special touch. "I could never find a tube dress that had everything I wanted. So, naturally I used to avoid them. I hate wearing strapless bras, so I would always size down for support and then end up with a wonky fit everywhere else. Now, I'm obsessed with our tube dress - it is so soft and wear it all the time with the "India" shrug." This style is what we call "bra optional" meaning that the bust is double lined and fitted to be more supportive. In addition, the top band is elasticated to give you more hold. The ruching is fully adjustable, allowing for as much or as little texture as you like and giving you the ability to move the leg slit. Dress her up or down - the choice is all yours.
