My Dia Shop Rewards FAQs
Dia Shop Rewards is our way of saying thank you to customers that shop with us - whether on our Shop marketplace or through our Style services. Dia Shop Rewards allows customers with an active account to earn rewards on Dia Shop purchases and redeem rewards across our site. We also give our members amazing additional benefits like a Birthday Gift, early access to sales, free shipping, and much more.
Now that we have joined FullBeauty Brands, your rewards just got even better – you can now redeem your Dia Shop rewards across ELOQUII, CUUP, June + Vie, Swimsuits for All, and more—all in one convenient place, one convenient checkout.
You also don't need to redeem points to get rewards, instead your rewards dollars will be given immediately after a qualifying order ships. Silver tier members earn 5% back in rewards, Gold tier members 6%, and Platinum tier members 7%.
Please note, while your Dia Shop rewards can now be redeemed across any of the FullBeauty Brands, as of 5/23/2024 Dia Shop orders are not eligible to earn or redeem Dia & Co rewards and Dia & Co Styling purchases are not eligible to earn or redeem Dia Shop rewards. Dia & Co rewards will continue to be earned and redeemed on Dia & Co styling purchases.

You’ll get 5% back in redeemable Dia Shop Rewards for every qualifying purchase on Dia Shop. We’ll also round up to the nearest penny so if you’ve spent $100.01 you’ll get $5.01 back in Dia Shop Rewards Rewards. Gold tier members earn 6% back and Platinum Tier members earn 7%!
To redeem Dia Shop Rewards, just shop and apply your Dia Shop Rewards at checkout on shop.dia.com. You can redeem your Shop Rewards on most purchases except for on gift cards, memberships, and international purchases.
You will receive rewards in your account after your qualifying purchase has shipped. It may take up to 24 hours to post to your account after shipment is created.
Rewards expire after your account has been inactive for one year. Keep your account active by making any purchase or redeeming Dia Shop Rewards while logged in to your Dia Shop Rewards account.
When you return an item, the rewards that you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your Dia Shop Rewards balance.
Your status is based on the total amount spent on rewards-eligible products on Dia Shop within the last 12 months. All customers begin at the Silver level and become Gold level after spending $350. Customers can reach Platinum status after spending $1,200 within the last 12 months.
Your status is based on the total number of points earned within the calendar year (January 1st to December 31st). All customers begin at the Silver level, and become Gold level after earning 350 points. Customers can reach Platinum status after earning 1,500 points in the calendar year. Each time you reach a new status, you’ll unlock even more benefits. You keep your tier status for the remainder of the current calendar year

We do most of our Dia Shop Rewards member communications by email, so make sure you’re receiving Dia Shop emails by logging into your account settings and ensuring your email is up-to-date in your profile. If you have opted out of Dia Shop emails, sign up again here.
